• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately shipping outside of the US is very expensive and kind of scary right now. I DO accept international orders on a case by case basis only. Shipping rates will be based on the courier we choose together and insurance will be non-negotiable.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most items are ready to ship unless stated CUSTOM or MADE TO ORDER (MTO). Ready to ship items will ship within 7 days, typically the next available Monday. If you need your item shipped ASAP, please message me when ordering! You will be emailed when your package ships and I will keep an eye on tracking to make sure it arrives safely :)

  Custom and MTO items may take up to 30 days before shipping. Custom items that require communication between us may take longer depending on communication times. When ordering custom items, please have a few color and design options available. I will do my best to update you with photos and options from my supplies to make your dreams come true!

  Completely one of a kind customs may take longer than 30 days depending on the complexity of the project. Previously I have made entire earring collections, wall art, and vase collections that were bigger, long term projects. I'll try to be communicative with you about how the project is coming along, but never hesitate to ask for an update!

• How do I care for my earrings?

  Polymer clay is durable, but not breakable! To ensure your new earrings last as long as possible please be sure to:
  ~Remove earrings before sleeping, showering, or swimming
  ~Remove earrings before applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray
  ~Do not expose to long periods of sunlight or heat, as this may warp the clay or yellow any UV resin used
  ~Store earrings either in a jewelry box or on an earring display to ensure they don't get stepped on or played with by pets.

  Any smudges on the varnish or resin can be buffed with a microfibre cloth, or a glasses cleaning cloth. Any varnish used is water resistant (not water PROOF), so a lightly damp cloth may be used if necessary.

  Hair dye, lipstick, fake tan, and other highly pigmented products may stain stain clay. Please use caution with items such as these because stain is highly likely to be permanent. If your earrings or necklace does get stained, please email photos to ([email protected]) and I will do my best to advise you accordingly.

  There are NO refunds or discounts for lost, stolen, misplaced, or products damaged in anything other than shipping. Sorry, but if your dog eats your earrings that is on you!

• I have sensitive ears. What materials do you use?

  All of my earring components are nickel-free stainless steel. This will work fine with most people who have sensitive ears, however solid gold and sterling silver options are available upon request. Clip-ons are also available upon request!
  While uncommon, allergies to polymer clay and resin do exist. If you have a known allergy to either please DM my Instagram before ordering and we can discuss your options to create something beautiful that will not irritate your skin.

• I saw something you made but I don't see it for sale. Can I buy it?

  Most likely, yes! Send me an email or an Instagram DM with the item(s) in question and I will let you know what we can do. A lot of items are still available or easily remade!

• How do Made to Order items work?

  Orders are processed in the order they are received. Order updates will be given throughout three key stages of the creation process: 1. When your items are started, any special requests must be made at this stage. 2. Before your items are baked, any changes must be requested at this stage. 3. When your item is finished and ready to be shipped.

  When ordering custom items please have an idea in mind of what you would like, as this will help speed along the process and get you your items quicker! :)

• What are Mystery Items / How do they work?

  Mystery items are available in a few different ways. Certain earring listings have a MYSTERY option, as well as dedicated 'Mystery Bags' filled with 2-5 products of your choosing! All items with a Mystery option available can be found under the "MYSTERY" tab in my shop.

  MYSTERY earring options are available in ready made or custom made. If you choose Ready Made, your mystery earrings will be one of the pairs available in the listing. If you choose Custom Made, I will design a fully unique pair just for you. You have ZERO creative control with Mystery listings. If you would like creative control, the CUSTOM option is better suited to you (not to be confused with a custom made mystery). Ready Made Mystery items are exactly that, they are already made and ready to ship. Custom Made Mystery items have a blank base already prepared, but they will still take 7-14 days before shipping. FULLY CUSTOM items will always take up to 30 days before shipping. Please keep these timelines in mind when ordering!

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
